It is with a heavy heart that we have recently learnt about the death of a former student of Master Preston. Logan Kehoe was a practitioner in the former 'Tigers' class in Bishop Challoner Catholic College Sports Centre prior to the class closure in 2012.
Logan was a very polite, well mannored young man with his whole life ahead of him. He always trained hard and was enthusiastic in some of the games - Dragons Tail in particular.
As we know, the death of a child is a loss like no other, and for his family, Logan's parents and siblings would be going through such a traumatic time whilst in their early grief. Master Preston has been in touch with Logan's school, Bishop Challoner Catholic College and informed them of his intentions to run this event and raise funds that would offer some support and comfort.
Thanks to a combination of the CTSDA fully funding the event and the kind generosity of Bishop Challoner Sports Centre, this means that entry fees to this mini-tournament will 100% go towards the collection for support of Logan's family so we really would like to have a great turnout for this event if we can.
Entry to this event is £5 (plus any donations you can collect within your clubs, no matter how small, it is the thought that counts) but to secure your place, please fill in the entry form below so that categories can be created with ease by 20th July 2015.
This is a tragic time and our actions on this day will honor Logan's memory as a bright, polite young man who was rasied so well by fantastic parents.
